1. Who we are

Home & Life Options is a free referral service operated by Home and Life Options LLC, 200 W Monroe Street, Phoenix, AZ 85003. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, insurer, insurance agency or producer, real estate brokerage, or home buyer. We do not negotiate or quote loan terms, rates, or premiums, issue policies, make offers on property, or make credit decisions. Any loan, policy, sale, or other transaction is solely between you and the partner, on the partner’s terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the forms. By submitting, you confirm the information is yours and accurate and that the phone number you provide is yours or one you are authorized to use.

3. Contact and consent

How we may contact you, and how to opt out, is described on each form and in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Partners

We will not share your information with a partner until we tell you the partner’s name and you agree. Partners are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, disclosures, products, and conduct. We do not guarantee that you will be matched, approved, insured, or receive an offer, or that any offer will be the best available. We may be paid by partners for referrals; you pay us nothing.

5. No advice

Content on this site is general information, not financial, legal, tax, insurance, or real estate advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information or information about another person without their permission, interfere with the site, or use automated means to access it.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home and Life Options LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any act or omission of a partner. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Before filing, please contact us at privacy@homeandlifeoptions.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. The version in effect when you submit a form applies to that submission.
